ORDERS TERMS

 

  • Our orders are all made to order and therefore will be allocated an expected wait time for completion (generally 2-4 weeks)
  • Our estimated delivery time-frame for all order items are our best estimates only.
  • Foxx & Willow does not accept responsibility for delays on behalf of the Supplier and therefore cannot accept cancellations due to such delays.
  • Please ensure you are willing to wait before placing order as once order is completed we are unable to cancel, exchange or offer a refund.



POST & HANDLING

 

  • To keep our product costing low & affordable postage options, we may use a variety of services.  
  • We will post within 2-4 weeks after payment has cleared (unless notified of any differences; either earlier or later).  All orders are custom made unless notified otherwise.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for damage, lost or delayed during transit. For insurance options please contact us prior to placing an order.
  • Postage is automatically calculated at checkout depending on total weight - starting from $8.50

 

 

PRODUCTS

  • All handmade items are made with our utmost care to create the most perfect piece. However imperfections which are not a defect or classed as faulty are likely to occur. This may range from brush strokes to knots/imperfections in the wood. 
  • All handmade items may have slight size variance due to the nature of a handmade product
  • Colours may differ slightly depending on computer monitors.

 

PRIVACY

  • Any of your personal information collected is used purely to complete your order, and/or to contact you regarding the progress of your order, or process a credit note or refund. 
  • We do not provide your information to any other third party. However we do not take responsibility of the platforms used to complete your order, ie: Paypal, Stripe, Shopify, Afterpay etc. Please refer to the service providers individual privacy policies.

 

SERVICE

We reserve the right to alter our pricing and services at any time without prior notice, consequences or explanations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe to be using our services in an unlawful manner including reproducing or reselling.
